Moon Café

Last Friday, we got to treat ourselves to a superb dinner at Moon Café, Abreeza.
Of course, given the place, all the restaurants there are quite expensive but I wanted to give it a try.

The theme of the restaurant is Mexican, with mosaic tiles and big fan-shaped ceiling fans and clay jars adorned on the wall. The tables and chairs are made of wood, which all the more made it feel Mexican-homey. I love their basin-like sink, which was painted with colorful flowers, villa style.(Pardon, I didn't have the pictures of the jars and sink.)

The food prices are affordable which ranges from Php 70 up. Drinks ranges from Php 50 up. They serve Baby Back Ribs, Steak, Chicken Dishes, Fish Dished, Salad, Pasta and a lot more.

I ordered their Gambas Pasta and it was delicious. Just the right spice for those who can't tolerate spicy food. It can be shared for two, but I prefer to eat it by myself. ;) And the shrimp portions are quite generous. It's price of Php 178 is worth it.

I got to taste their Chimichanga, too which is heavenly spicy. It's serving size is just right for it's price of Php 90.

I only got a small taste of what my friends had and even with that small portion, it was G-O-O-D.

I definitely would want to go back there and taste everything on their menu.
Oh, and while you're there, you should try their fruit juice (I forgot what it's called). It's refreshing. You wouldn't want to share. :)
